Pwll Penarth

Found a Hedgehog in my pond this morning must have fell in last night had put a ramp in in case this happened but it obviously never found it so have now put stones and rocks on the opposite side in case this happens again, did not even know I had them visiting the garden.

Struggled to find much about today as the rain seems to have put things of from coming out.

Spent the afternoon in Berriew the sun came out and so did the insects not many of them wanted to keep still though.

Not sure of the name but I am working on it.

Went for a walk down the canal past Pwll Penarth to get some more Damselflies, Was not disappointed, other things seen but not photographed were Orange tip, Green-veined White, Peacock, Gatekeeper Butterflies, Banded Demoiselle, Common Blue Damselflies and Brown Hawkers.

A sunny day along the canal

Had a lovely walk along the canal today.  A bit of activity with the damsel flies.  Also believe the butterfly is a common blue.
